Elite Carpet Care – Terms of Service Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern all carpet cleaning and related services (“Services”) provided by Elite Carpet Care (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By scheduling or receiving Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Elite Carpet Care provides professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, stain removal, and related floor care services. Specific services will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Scheduling & Access

  • Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the service area.
  • Client is responsible for securing pets and removing fragile or valuable items prior to service.
  • If technicians cannot access the service area upon arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on information provided at booking and are subject to change if conditions differ upon inspection.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
  • Late or unpaid balances may result in collection efforts or refusal of future service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee of [insert amount or percentage].

5. Results & Limitations

While we use industry-standard methods and professional equipment, Elite Carpet Care does not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, or wear. Some stains (including pet urine, dye, bleach, or permanent stains) may be permanent. Pre-existing damage or wear may become more visible after cleaning.

6. Drying Time

Typical drying times range from 4 to 24 hours depending on carpet type, humidity, airflow, and cleaning method. Elite Carpet Care is not responsible for issues caused by walking on damp carpet or improper ventilation after service.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client must disclose known conditions including, but not limited to:

  • Pet urine contamination
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Delicate fibers or specialty materials

Failure to disclose such conditions releases Elite Carpet Care from responsibility for related outcomes.

8. Damage & Liability

Elite Carpet Care will take reasonable care while performing Services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or changes due to age, wear, or fiber condition.

9. Satisfaction & Claims

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this period may not be honored. We reserve the right to inspect and, if appropriate, re-clean the affected area.

10. Health & Safety

Client agrees to keep children and pets away from work areas during and immediately after service. Elite Carpet Care is not responsible for health issues arising from undisclosed conditions or improper post-cleaning care.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wake County, North Carolina.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations.

13. Acceptance

By booking or allowing services to be performed, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
